These terms apply to your use of Sumezi. By using an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy and the SIMEZU terms.

The service

Sumezi is an email editor and newsletter platform with multi-tenant workspaces. We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Where possible we announce maintenance in advance.

Your account

Access runs through SIMEZU (SSO). You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for the roles you assign. Keep your SIMEZU credentials secure. activity under your account is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, deceptive or harmful content.
• No purchased or scraped lists. only subscribers who have given consent.
• No attempts to abuse or circumvent the platform, other tenants or delivery.

Sending & anti-spam

Every email contains a working unsubscribe link. You comply with applicable anti-spam law. We maintain a suppression list of unsubscribed, bounced and complained addresses to protect deliverability for everyone.

Plans & payment

Subscriptions, payments and plan limits are managed by SIMEZU. The terms around billing, cancellation and refunds follow from your SIMEZU agreement. In Sumezi you see your plan and usage read-only.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify you in advance, for example in the app or by email. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions? Feel free to contact us.
