No. You build with blocks and switch to code mode in one click to see the compiled HTML. There's also a raw HTML block for edge cases. The block model stays the source of truth.
For individual pieces, use the raw HTML block. We don't recommend importing a whole existing email one-to-one. the strength of Sumezi is exactly the tested blocks that guarantee bulletproof output.
Yes. Personalization tokens are linked to your workspace subscriber fields. Drag them as a block or type them in text, with a clean fallback when a value is missing. Read more in the docs.
Every block is tested up front on Outlook (Windows) and the major inboxes. The compiler emits table-based layouts, MSO conditionals and VML roundrect buttons. A new component only ships after the same test.
Gmail clips emails over ~102 KB, which can hide your unsubscribe link. Sumezi warns you in the pre-flight check when a mail gets too large.
You always send through your own SMTP server — Sumezi never sends on your behalf. On Starter and higher you can also verify that domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) under Settings, Deliverability, where ready-made DNS records are waiting.
Sign-in runs through SIMEZU (SSO). You click “Continue with SIMEZU” and come back into Sumezi. Password, email and sessions are managed in SIMEZU, not in Sumezi itself.
Subscriptions and payments run through SIMEZU. In Sumezi you see your plan and usage read-only, and the upgrade button takes you to the SIMEZU checkout. Read more on the pricing page.
Yes. Under Team & roles you invite people with a role (Owner, Editor or Viewer). Identity is managed by SIMEZU, but you do the inviting and role management right inside Sumezi.
