Yes. Up- or downgrade any time through SIMEZU. Your new limits apply immediately and the amount is prorated.
You get a clear warning inside the app, on the Plan & usage screen, well before you reach a limit. A send in progress is never cut off. Once you're over your subscriber limit, sending pauses until you upgrade or bring your list back within it.
No. The Free plan asks for no payment details. You only enter anything at SIMEZU when you move to a paid plan. Pro and Business come with a 14-day free trial, no card required either.
No. Only active subscribers count. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained addresses sit on your suppression list and fall outside your limit.
