Yes. Up- or downgrade any time through SIMEZU. Your new limits apply immediately and the amount is prorated.
You get a clear warning inside the app, on the Plan & usage screen, well before you reach a limit. A send is never cut off mid-flight. you finish, then upgrade.
No. The Free plan asks for no payment details. You only enter anything at SIMEZU when you move to Pro or Business.
No. Only active subscribers count. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained addresses sit on your suppression list and fall outside your limit.
